What should we do well to install pressure sintering furnace

Pressure sintering furnace  is a low-pressure branch of hot isostatic pressing equipment, also with a gas (nitrogen or argon) for the pressure medium. It’s a new type sintering equipment through high heat sintering and pressure, to improve the density, yield strength and fatigue resistance of products, and get homogeneity, high density and high cost performance products.

What should we do well to install pressure sintering furnace
1.Installation: the site of the furnace installation should meet the requirements of vacuum hygiene, the surrounding air should be clean and dry, and have good ventilation conditions, and the working site is not easy to raise dust and so on.
2.Check that all parts and accessories in the control cabinet are complete and intact or not.
3.The cabinet is mounted on the corresponding foundation and fixed
4.According to the wiring diagram, refer to the electrical schematic diagram, connect the external main circuit and control loop, and grounding reliably, to ensure the wiring is correct.
5.Check the electrical activity part should move freely, without card dead phenomenon.
6.The insulation resistance shall be no less than 2 megaohm.
7.Vacuum furnace valves must be closed.
8.Control power switch should be off.
9.The alarm button is in the open position.
