Vertical vacuum water quenching furnace
The vertical vacuum water quench furnace is mainly used in the aerospace industry in solid solution treatment, the titanium alloy TC4, TC16 materials, aviation instrument of elastic element beryllium bronze in the solid solution processing, aerospace sensor nickel base and cobalt base high elastic alloy 3 j1, 3 j21-serial open-style and nickel-based constant elastic alloy 3 j53 precision alloy solid solution treatment, such as nuclear power in the field of 17-4 ph, such as 410 stainless steel solid solution treatment, etc.
Technical characteristics of vertical vacuum water quenching furnace:
1. The furnace body is a vertical double-chamber structure, which can be used to select an integrated structure or split structure according to the actual conditions;
2. Bearing capacity of the workpiece: the bearing type is safer than the other cabinets;
3. The heating chamber adopts molybdenum plate structure;
4. Back insulation technology for molybdenum and tropical zone;

10. Quenching configuration chiller, water temperature of 5 ℃ water quenching effect is better;
