The coating thickness is homogeneous and can be controlled accurately. The bonding strength of the infiltration layer and matrix metal is high. Thermal diffusion coating is a combination of diffusion metallurgy. It is difficult to peel off the infiltration layer. Only chemical methods can be used to remove it. The tensile strength of the permeability layer and the female material interface: 600-700mpa; The tensile strength of the surface layer is 300-350Mpa.
Vacuum zinc impregnation is done in an airtight container in the heating process, completely eliminates the zinc steam to the atmosphere pollution, completely ended the operators in the process of hot dip galvanized zinc vapor poisoning and the history of high-temperature liquid zinc burn.
