Q:What is the total time for your vacuum sinetring furnace for one batch?
A: I t is depend on your material technical process.
Q:What is yout furnace leakage rate?
A: Our furnace leakage rate (pressure raising rate) is 0.67Pa/h.
Q:What is the procuditon time of the RVS-8812 model?
A: For this RVS-8812 model, the furnace production time need about 150days.
Q:If I place the order, about how long I can get the furnace?
A: Take the RVS-8812 model furnace as example, the production time is 150days, and it will need about 20days to debugging and packing the furnace, after that we will arrange the delivery. So total time for ready to delivery the furnace is about 170-180days, then you have to consider the shippment time to your country. For the smaller furnace, the produciton time will be shorter than bigger one.
Q: What is your brand for the vacuum pump?
A: Our standard configuration of the vacuum pump is Shanghai EVP vacuum pump, but if you need the higher configuration, we can change it into Leybold, Edwards, or other famous brand.
Q:Is it hard to operate & maintain?
A: Our furnace has the PLC controller and intelligent programmable temp. controller, user can use touch screen to set curves, auto/manual switch interlock, auto &monitor system, it is easy to operate. We prepare enough spare parts for user and on line technical support.
Q: What is the heater of your vacuum sintering furnace?
A: The heating element of our vacuum sinteirng furnace is high strength graphite, the heater and insulation screen choosing will mostly depend on what material you want to sinter.
Q:I do not know how much effective space is enough for me, can you suggest me?
A: Yes, please let us know your exact workpiece size and also the batch quantity you want to produce, we can according to that suggest you the best effective working zone size for you.
Q:How long is your furnace warranty period?
A: After passing the site acceptance, it has 12 months warranty period .
Q:I need the vacuum sintering furnace, but I do not know which one is suitable for me, can you suggest me?
A: Please offer us the treating material, the work piece size, max. temperature, heating zone dimension, vacuum degree and other special requirement, then we can share you more details.
