Moveable Vacuum Unit Introduction

GH-MV series the moveable vacuum unit is suitable for vacuum treatment of large transformers or large-scale transformers for on-site maintenance. The vacuum pump is equipped with imported vacuum pump and can work normally without cold water, so it is suitable for field (without cold water source) or vacuum evacuation (inconvenient for large transformers handling) of the occasion.

Maximum pumping speed : 2000m³ / h unit ultimate vacuum (no load) ≤ 5Pa (full pressure) working vacuum 5-20Pa (residual pressure value).
unit overall leakage rate : ≤ 0.1mbar.L / s
Power supply : 380V/50HZ, power supply using three-phase four-wire system, the protection of the ground, single-phase power within the equipment using isolation transformer. Centralized assembly of a full set of moveable trolley ,compacting and easy to operate, just to provide on-site power to work properly .
Ambient temperature: 5 ℃ -40 ℃.

With a centralized control box, all control elements are housed in a control box
Vacuum measurement imported from Germany Lebold vacuum gauge, with a digital instrument :

It is easy to move for using of moveable trolley to install the various components .
A small set of compressed air for the pneumatic valve to provide power .
