Vacuum Hot Press Furnace
Vacuum hot press furnace combines vacuum/atmosphere, hot press molding, high temperature sintering, suitable for powder metallurgy, functional ceramics and other new materials of high temperature hot forming, such as applied to the transparent ceramics, industrial ceramics and other metal and composed of refractory metal alloy material of vacuum sintering and silicon carbide and silicon nitride ceramic material of high temperature sintering, it can also be used for powder or compact under the temperature below the melting point of the main components of heat treatment, the purpose is that through the metallurgical bonding between the particles to improve its strength.
The vacuum hot pressing furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace door, heating and heat preservation and temperature measuring system, vacuum system, inflation system, water cooling system, control system, hydraulic system,etc.
Vacuum Hot Press Furnace System Introduction:
1. The furnace body is with vertical furnace shell, the inner layer of which is made of stainless steel, the outer layer is carbon steel, and the middle is through with cooling water.
2. Vacuum system: it consists of oil diffusion pump, roots pump, mechanical pump with electromagnetic differential pressure valve (to prevent sudden power failure, mechanical pump oil backflow) inflation valve, bleed valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa) below pipe, vacuum line and bracket, etc.
3. Hydraulic system: it adopts electric input mode. The hydraulic station is equipped with imported proportional valve, pressure sensor and displacement display. It adopts grating scale (ranging accuracy 0.02mm), hydraulic cylinder and other related hydraulic devices. The pressure regulation is semi-automatic and can be adjusted manually. The meter can be set to automatically adjust the pressure, and can achieve voltage regulation and pressure keeping.
4. Water-cooling system: it consists of various valve-pipe related devices and is equipped with water-breaking sound and light alarm to automatically cut off the heating source or function.
5. Temperature control system: It adopts thyristor temperature control, equipped with PID function meter, digital display meter, with over-temperature sound and light alarm function, and it can also be controlled by PLC touch screen automatically, and retains historical data for analysis of sintering process.
6. Inflation system: It consists of various pipes and valves, and is equipped with an electromagnetic bleed valve and a pressure sensor. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safety value, it will automatically deflate. The inflation pipeline is equipped with a needle valve to control the inflation.
The vacuum hot-pressing furnace is a type of periodic operation, which is widely used for hot-pressing and sintering of cemented carbide, functional ceramics and powder metallurgy under high temperature and high vacuum conditions, as well as hot-pressing and sintering under gas-filled protection.
