vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace,(RVSQ-7710) in August 2015, UAE customers contact us for vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace. After communication with us, customers are invited to observe our factory and compare with other domestic suppliers. After that, the customer still chose us.
After nearly 5 months of precision production, the equipment has pre-acceptance conditions in March 2016. The customer once again visited our factory to carry out the complete acceptance and operation debugging of the equipment before shipment, and all aspects have reached the customer’s requirements, and subsequent spraying.
In March 2016, shipments were carried out, and in April, the customer’s factory was installed and commissioned.
So far, the customer still keeps close contact with us, the equipment has not had any problems, and the problems that are encountered during the use process, we have a special after-sales department to respond, communicate and solve the problem.

Usage & Features
RVGQ-7710 model vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace is a single room, horizontal type, pressure(6bar) gas circulation gas quenching furnace. Spray nozzle cooling structure, cooling gas pressure get 6bar (absolute pressure), vacuum system assembled by roots pump and mechanical pump.
RVGQ-7710 applied for hot work die steel & high alloy steel vacuum quenching, tempering and solution-ageing process. The work piece can keep bright and minimal deformation after heat treatment.
Control system was controlled by PLC, intelligent temperature controller control temperature, accurate control process, high automation, can achieve full auto / manual undisturbed switch, easy to operate, energy saving, no pollution.
Work condition
1. Power : 3 Phase 380V(±6% ); 50HZ
2. Cooling water: inlet pressure 0.1~0.3Mpa ; temp≤35℃; Soft water without any sand or inclusion.
3. Cooling water flow: 25M3/h;
4. Compressed air: Pressure 0.4~0.6Mpa
