In April 2014, Russian customers enquired to find a vacuum gas quenching furnace for tooling and tool steel quenching, and established a cooperative relationship in May.

In November 2014, the installation and commissioning was completed.

The equipment is running well and there are no problems. The customer is very satisfied with our products.

Usage & Features
It applied for stainless steel, tool steel,die steel, high alloy steel and other metal materials, tempered and solid solution aging heat treatment. After the heat treatment of the surface light, small deformation.
RVGQ-446 type vacuum heat treatment furnace is used for Control system consists of PLC control and Intelligent temperature controller to control temperature,which is accuracy and high degree of automation. It can enable automatic / manual switch without disturbance, simple and reliable operation, energy saving, pollution-free to the environment

1.Power : 3 Phase 380V（±6% ）; 50HZ
2.Cooling water: inlet pressure 0.1～0.3Mpa ; temp≤30℃; PH value about 7; Soft water without any sand or inclusion.
3.Working environment : Environment temperature : 0℃~35℃; environment humidity≤95%(25℃); Altitude lower 2000m.
4.Compressed air: Pressure 0.4～0.6Mpa
