Vacuum Furnace Touch Screen & PLC
Vacuum furnaces usually adopt Omron/ Mitsubishi/ Siemens PLC (programmable controller) in combination with Kunluntongtai/ Wecon/ Taiwan Weinview I series touch screen, which plays an important role in many process parameters and frequent interactive operation between human and machine.
Low-voltage electrical components generally use the Schneider brand.
The purpose of the vacuum furnace treatment is to improve the crystal phase structure of the metal component, and to eliminate the cold work hardening and welding residual stress generated during the processing of the component, thereby stabilizing the electrothermal performance. Since the heat transfer in the furnace is mainly caused by heat radiation under vacuum, it is easy to ensure that the furnace temperature uniformity is within the specified range, so that the heat treatment effect meets the expected requirements, thereby achieving oxygen-free heating and reducing metal burning loss. However, due to more process parameters, frequent human-computer interaction is required to control system operation. It can be combined with Kunluntongtao/ Wecon/ Taiwan Weinview I series touch screen through OMRON/ Mitsubishi/ Siemens PLC for high precision and stable control. During the operation process, the vacuum degree target value and the heating time and temperature value in the vacuum furnace are directly set through the touch screen, thereby changing the pumping speed of the vacuum pump, monitoring the actual current and voltage of the heater in the vacuum furnace, and cooling the circulating water flow of the vacuum seal ring. The system has alarm functions such as breaking the thermocouple, over-temperature and over-current, etc.
