Because transformers are almost all insulating materials except iron cores and wires, and all kinds of insulators absorb moisture in the air inevitably in the process of storage and production, and moisture in insulators is the main factor affecting the electrical performance of insulation. Transformers are high-voltage electrical products. To improve the insulation and electrical performance of the product and ensure the normal operation of the product, it is necessary to vacuum dry the transformer.
