What Conditions Need To Be Met For The Vacuum System Of The Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace And What To Do If Steam Appears
The vacuum system of vacuum heat treatment furnace is generally composed of vacuum pump, vacuum valve, vacuum measuring instrument, pipeline and other parts.
1. Vacuum system with mechanical booster pump is suitable for vacuum heat treatment furnace with vacuum degree of 1.33-3×10 in the negative 1Pa range. This system is widely used in vacuum quenching furnace.
2. Low vacuum system, suitable for vacuum heat treatment furnace with vacuum degree in the range of 2-1333Pa, such as pumping vacuum furnace, this system is mostly used.
3. High vacuum system and high vacuum system with booster pump, suitable for vacuum degree in 1.3×10 negative -2 to 6.6×10 negative 4Pa range of vacuum heat treatment furnace, vacuum annealing furnace, vacuum brazing furnace most use this system.
The vacuum system of the vacuum heat treatment furnace must meet the following conditions:
1. The gas continuously released by the processed workpiece and the structural parts in the furnace should be discharged in time, as well as the gas infiltrated into the furnace due to vacuum leakage.
2. Can quickly pump the vacuum heat treatment furnace to the required ultimate vacuum degree.
3. The use of operation, installation, maintenance should be simple, the entire system covers an area of small.
According to the technical conditions of vacuum heat treatment furnace and the required vacuum degree, select the suitable vacuum pump.According to the type and specification of vacuum pump, the corresponding vacuum valve, vacuum pipe, etc., so as to form the required vacuum system.Generally, there is a certain relationship between the pumping volume and the pumping speed of the vacuum pump. When the volume of the vacuum heat treatment furnace is determined, the corresponding pumping rate can be found, and then the vacuum pump is selected.
What if there is steam in the vacuum system?
First, in the process of vacuum drying in the electrical products industry, it is required that the vacuum system can remove a large amount of water vapor and solvent in a specific pressure range, and when the drying is terminated, it must reach a lower limit pressure.
Second, the principle of the steam treatment device of the vacuum system is that in the vacuum state, when the temperature of water or steam is higher than the boiling point, they enter the pump chamber in a gas state.The spool valve pump itself is a heating source, the liquid ring pump is to provide a low pressure for the spool valve pump separator, so the water or other steam discharged to the separator is also in a vacuum state, and the temperature is high enough to keep them in a gas state, any tiny droplets will be evaporated in the separator.The water or other steam discharged to the liquid ring pump, because the temperature in the liquid ring pump is relatively low, they are condensed after becoming part of the sealing fluid.In order to prevent steam condensation in the pump, the pump oil temperature must be high enough, generally set in the range of 60 ~ 75℃, and higher than 80℃ oil temperature will make the vacuum pump oil oxidation, this required oil temperature can be controlled by automatically adjusting the cooling water into the slide valve pump.
Third, the advantage of the steam treatment device of the vacuum system is that it can deal with a large number of condensable gas or volatile gas, and the steam will not be condensed in the pump, reducing the corrosion of the metal surface.The oil pollution is avoided, the number of oil changes is greatly reduced, and the operating cost is significantly reduced.The performance degradation caused by oil pollution is eliminated.Low working pressure can be maintained in wet process.
