vacuum sintering furnace temperature control system
Vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used for producing tungsten carbide powder, titanium carbide powder, vanadium carbide powder and composite metal powder with various particle sizes in cemented carbide and powder metallurgy industry.
Compared with the traditional carbonization furnace, the temperature control system of vacuum sintering furnace has the advantages of complete reaction, uniform particle size, high combined carbon content, low free carbon content, high output, good anti fatigue condition and long service life.
Specification of temperature control system of vacuum sintering furnace:
1. Temperature control: PID automatic control of temperature, digital display (programmable degree of 30 curves; automatic heating, insulation, cooling) upper limit alarm, deviation alarm, automatic stop at the end of the program operation, no need to be on duty (can be made into a key vacuum temperature rise and fall, full PLC control)
2. Temperature control instrument linear current output, trigger phase shift trigger anti parallel bidirectional thyristor.
3. Temperature control thermocouple adopts S-Scale thermocouple
4. Alarm action:
a. Over temperature alarm: when the temperature in the furnace reaches the alarm temperature, the power supply will be cut off automatically, and the alarm light will be on.
b. Broken couple alarm: thermocouple open circuit, instrument alarm and automatic power off
