Power
1. Transformer capacity: the transformer capacity shall be provided according to the power of the equipment, and some margin shall be reserved;
2. Cable model: five wire system (3 live wires + 1 neutral wire + 1 ground wire)
3. Cross section area: calculate the current according to the power of the equipment, and then calculate the cross-sectional area of the cable
4. Material: BV or BVR multi-core soft copper wire is used
5. Disconnector: calculate the current according to the power of the equipment and calculate the size of the disconnector. Note that domestic brands can only use 80% of the rated current, while imported developed countries can use 90% of the rated current. Do not bring leakage protection, otherwise it will not work
6. Length: according to the actual distance between transformer or power cabinet and equipment
Cooling water
1. Calculate the matching cooling tower or refrigerator according to the flow and heat dissipation of the equipment;
2. Tap water make-up port of cooling tower or freezer water tank (soft water is recommended, because the water quality in North China is hard and scaling is serious, and the equipment will be blocked for a long time.)
3. Power failure and water cut-off standby power supply: generator, the power of generator is matched with the power of cooling tower or refrigerator, standby water: the water pipe is connected with the cooling pipe of equipment
Compressed air: provide 0.4-0.8mpa compressed air interface
Protective gas: argon and nitrogen
