Vacuum quenching furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace body steel bracket, detachable furnace top, furnace lining, heating element, circulating fan, air guide plate, furnace bottom opposite open furnace door, double speed lifting mechanism, material frame, quenching groove, material carrier, control system and distribution cabinet/control cabinet, hydraulic system and so on.

The shell frame of the furnace body is welded into shape by section steel, the inner wall is made of heat-resistant steel plate, the inner lining is made of high-quality all-fiber structure, and the inner surface of the furnace shell is attached with a layer of rubber asbestos plate, which plays the role of heat insulation and protects the surface of the furnace shell from corrosion.

The heating element is made of a strip of alloy wire, which is wrapped on an insulated porcelain tube and fixed on the furnace shell by stainless steel.

The hot air circulation device of the vacuum quenching furnace is composed of the ventilator device and the air guide plate. The ventilator device is placed on the top of the furnace body.

The air guide plate is made of heat-resisting steel, which is fixed on the inner wall of the furnace by a number of shelves, and the resistance belt is wrapped inside. The ventilation device is made according to the volume of the furnace to ensure that the number of hot air circulation is more than 40 times/min.
