Vacuum quenching furnace is a series of solution treatment and aging treatment for high-speed steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy and other materials. In the past decade, vacuum quenching furnace has “evolved” into a very advanced equipment, and its performance has been greatly improved. The following is a brief introduction of the composition of vacuum quenching furnace and the function of its components.
The vacuum quenching furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace body steel support, removable furnace top, furnace lining, electric heating element, circulating fan, air guide plate, furnace bottom split door, double speed lifting mechanism, material frame, quenching tank, tripper car, control system, distribution cabinet / control cabinet, hydraulic system, etc.
The shell frame of the furnace body is made of section steel by welding, the inner wall is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel plate, the inner lining is made of high-quality all fiber structure, and the inner surface of the furnace shell is pasted with a layer of rubber asbestos plate to play the role of heat insulation and protect the surface of the furnace shell from corrosion.
The heating element is made of 0cr25al5 alloy wire wound into a strip, which is sheathed on the insulating porcelain tube and fixed on the furnace shell through stainless round steel. The structural resistance band is hung around the furnace, which is favorable for heat emission and circulation.
The hot air circulation device is composed of fan device and air guide plate, the fan device is placed on the top of the furnace body, and the fan is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel into centrifugal fan blade.
The air guide plate is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel. It is fixed on the inner wall of the furnace by several supporting bars, and the resistance belt is wrapped in it. The heat emitted by the resistance belt is circulated by the hot air circulation system to make the temperature in the furnace uniform.
The ventilation device shall be made according to the volume of furnace to ensure that the number of hot air circulation is more than 40 times / min.
