Vacuum pressure impregnation equipment
Vacuum pressure impregnation equipment (VPI) is mainly used for high-quality power capacitor and insulating paint treatment of electrical materials such as high-voltage (traction, storm-proof, wind power) motor experimental transformer. It can also be used for impregnation of electrical products such as electric locomotive transformer, electrical product coil and asphalt impregnation treatment of refractory materials.
Work process: blank drying – degassing treatment of insulating paint – vacuum degassing – transporting paint – vacuum dipping paint – pressurizing – pressure dipping paint – backing paint – drying and curing of insulating paint
Advantages of vacuum pressure impregnation products:
Motor coil in high vacuum state, degassing, dehydration more easily and thoroughly, residual water rate is low, product insulation grade performance is superior;
1. Good moistureproof performance and high mechanical strength.
2. The insulating resin can be reused at low temperature to reduce environmental pollution.

Composition of vacuum pressure impregnation equipment:
1. Vacuum-pressure impregnating tank: There are two types: vertical and horizontal, 0-1.6 Mpa positive pressure can be selected, the door action has two ways: manual and automatic. According to the characteristics of the paint, the material of the tank is stainless steel and carbon steel. The tank is equipped with liquid level controller, which can be easily observed and controlled. At the same time, the tank body is equipped with explosion-proof pressure relief outlet, which has high safety factor.
2. Lacquer Tank: Generally, it is vertical and circular. The tank body is equipped with a stirring device to prevent resin precipitation and to be used for degassing and stirring of paint in vacuum. According to the characteristics of the paint, the tank body is made of stainless steel and carbon steel. At the same time, the tank body can realize heating and cooling functions, which is convenient for the heating and cooling of resin paint and meets the storage requirements and technological requirements of insulating resin. The tank body is equipped with explosion-proof pressure relief outlet, which has high safety factor.
3. Vacuum system: mainly consists of vacuum pump group, condenser filter, condenser blocker, vacuum valve, vacuum pipeline, vacuum measuring device and so on.
4. Transfer and return paint system: generally equipped with magnetic filters (60-200 mesh optional), transfer and return paint valves, pipes, etc., and special requirements are heat exchangers, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, flow controllers and other components.
5. Heating and refrigeration system: It mainly consists of electric heater, industrial refrigerator, cold water tank, valve pipeline, etc. The heating and refrigeration medium is ethylene glycol aqueous solution, and the temperature can be set according to the process to realize automatic heating and refrigeration function.
6. Hydraulic system: equipped with hydraulic station, tank cover opening and closing cylinder, control valve, sensor, etc.
7. Pneumatic system: equipped with mobile small air compressor, pneumatic triple, solenoid valve, pressure detection device and other components, mainly to provide power source for system valves.
8. Pressure system: mainly equipped with screw air compressor, gas storage tank, freeze dryer, oil-water separator, pressure detection sensor, etc., to achieve pressure control of immersion tank.
9. Control system: According to the requirements of customers and the level of equipment automation, relay direct control, PLC control and PLC-PC control can be used to realize the linkage protection and interlock of each action, so as to avoid human error operation. The PLC-PC control system can record all the operation process in detail, which is convenient for customers to call and inquire at any time. At the same time, one-button operation avoids misoperation and makes the operation safer and more reliable.
10. Pressure relief and ventilation: equipped with a complete exhaust gas discharge treatment device. Specific configuration can be matched separately according to customer requirements.
