Vacuum Oil Quenching Furnace Cold And Thermal Commissioning Steps
The vacuum oil quenching furnace is used for various heat treatment and heating processes due to its excellent internal work-piece processing environment. At the same time, it can achieve no pollution to the external environment. It is very suitable for my country’s current environmental protection needs, and through a high degree of electro mechanical integration The degree can be set in advance through programming on the basis of improving the accuracy of temperature measurement and control. When we purchase a complete set of vacuum oil quenching furnace equipment and install them in accordance with the technical requirements, when there are no missing parts and good grounding, correct commissioning can ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent use. Then the cold furnace commissioning and hot commissioning of the vacuum furnace what should we do?
Cold furnace commissioning of vacuum oil quenching furnace:
1) Mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical linkage commissioning, adjust the transfer time of the work-piece, the entire linkage should be coordinated, stable, accurate and reliable for three consecutive actions under the condition of loading.
2) Air-cooled fan commissioning, the speed is about 2900r/min, the rotation is flexible, and there is no abnormal phenomenon.
3) The commissioning of the alarm system should be accurate, safe and reliable.
4) Measure the insulation resistance greater than or equal to 20 kiloohms.
5) Measure the cold vacuum degree of the furnace, and the pressure rise rate is close to 0.5Pa/h (can be combined with the hot commissioning)
Heat commissioning of vacuum oil quenching furnace:
1) When the furnace vacuum is not less than 13.3Pa, the furnace should be powered on. During the whole process when the furnace temperature is slowly raised to 1350℃, the furnace vacuum should not be less than 13.3Pa. After fully baking and degassing, When the pressure rise rate meets the technical requirements, it is sufficient.
2) Ultimate vacuum measurement: not less than 6×1.0-4Pa.
3) Working vacuum measurement: not less than 2.7Pa (when the furnace is empty at 1000).
4) Pressure rise rate measurement: When the vacuum furnace is heated to 1300°C, after fully baking and degassing, the pressure rise rate should be measured when the furnace temperature is cooled to below 100°C, and it should reach 0.5Pa/h.
5) commissioning of refilling body: When the vacuum degree of the cooling chamber is 1.33 Pa, close the vacuum insulation door and the vacuum valve of the cooling chamber, and immediately fill the cooling chamber furnace with high-purity nitrogen or argon, the time should be 2.5 (seconds) Complete, and the vacuum of the heating chamber must not be affected.
