Seven systems of vacuum oil filter
The vacuum dewatering system USES rotary vane vacuum pump as the vacuum source. According to customer demand can provide domestic or imported brand products; Water ring vacuum pump can also be used according to the site situation.
The main function of vacuum oil filter is dewatering, degassing, removing impurities and so on. What system is vacuum oil filter composed of?
Vacuum dewatering system
(1) Rotary vane vacuum pump is adopted as the vacuum source, with reasonable speed matching ratio and stable performance. According to customer demand can provide domestic or imported brand products; Water ring vacuum pump can also be used according to the site situation.
(2) Introduced the Three-dimensional film flash technology from Japan, which is composed of atomizer, three-dimensional flash evaporator, flash reactor, fuel tank, bubble eliminator, observation window and liquid level gauge.
(3) Atomizer: The oil entering the vacuum separation system is atomized and sprayed onto the reactor;
(4) Reactor: It is composed of multiple Rashig circles, which enables the oil mist sprayed on the reactor to form an oil film, making the water and gas in the oil evaporate as much as possible, greatly improving the efficiency of dehydration and degassing.
(5) Separation chamber: located between the reactor and the polytank, water, gas and oil are separated again when the oil runs in this interval;
(6) Fuel tank; Collect the separated water and gas oil and discharge it by the drainage pump;
(7) Air extraction chamber: Water vapor and residual gas separated in the reactor and separation chamber are extracted from the vacuum separation system to avoid water and gas re-dissolving in oil;
(8) Bubble eliminator: Adopting The Infrared device of Autonicus from South Korea, it can automatically eliminate the oil bubble generated in the oil and replace the manual defoaming, so as to realize the unguarded online operation;
(9) Observation window: The defect of depression deformation under high temperature and high vacuum when tempered glass is used as the observation mirror instead of plexiglass;
(10) Equipped with automatic level control device (infrared and stainless steel electric sensor double level control), to achieve automatic balance adjustment of oil inlet and outlet, constant oil filter system to achieve man-machine separation purpose;
Oil transportation system
(1) Basic requirements: manual turning car, no jamming phenomenon, no oil leakage during operation, and the technical indexes meet the national standard;
(2) The oil pump is produced by Yijia. The oil pump is precision machined with unique seal to ensure no leakage. Even if the whole system is in the limit vacuum, the oil pump is normal, ensuring the stability of the whole system and improving the oil treatment efficiency.
The filtration system
(1) using multistage filtering: prefilter for filter, filtration precision 50 microns to filter the oil in more than 50 microns impurities, can be repeated use cleaning, fine filter USES the deep filter, double design, outside is stainless steel material, the material is imported HPM, the highest precision can reach 1 um (according to customer’s demand of oil, use), to ensure the purity of the oil level 6-8 (NAS1638).
(2) Equipped with overpressure alarm shutdown device (measuring the pollution degree of filter element), to ensure that the filter screen will not be damaged due to overpressure, reduce the use cost, ensure the safety of the filter system, and remind the operator to clean the filter screen.
(3) The pressure controller is adopted as the alarm element to ensure the stability of the alarm stop performance.
Coalesce to separate the demulsification system
(1) A coalescing filter core made of a special hydrophilic polymer material is used for demulsifying and coalescing free water and emulsified water in oil to form large water droplets. Special hydrophobic polymer material made of dehydration separation filter core, large water droplets and oil separation.
(2) According to the specific gravity difference between oil and water, water will settle automatically under the action of gravity to complete a primary oil-water separation.
(3) The system can be used for dehydration treatment of oil products with more than 2% water content.
(4) High polymer material is refined, according to the physical properties of the filter material itself demulsification and dehydration, does not harm the chemical and physical properties of oil, compared with the traditional glass fiber cotton demulsification has the advantages of high dehydration efficiency, no hardening, no secondary pollution of oil.
Electrical level control system
(1) Electric control components selected products, quality industrial control components to ensure the continuous normal operation of the whole machine;
(2) The outlet pressure overpressure shutdown is configured, and the technical indexes meet the national standards;
(3) The oil pump is interlocked with the heater to ensure that the power supply of the heater is automatically cut off when the oil pump suddenly stops working;
(4) Interlock between vacuum pump and heater: The heater can only be started after the oil enters the heater after the vacuum pump is started;
(5) Intelligent display temperature controller is selected, which is characterized by high reliability and can set the upper and lower limits of temperature to avoid frequent starting of heater and extend the service life of electric appliances;
(6) Equipped with automatic level control device (infrared and stainless steel electric sensor double level control), to achieve automatic balance adjustment of oil inlet and outlet, constant oil filter system to achieve man-machine separation purpose;
(7) Equipped with overload protection and motor thermal relay protection;
(8) Adopting the South Korean Atonix infrared device to automatically eliminate oil bubbles in the oil solution instead of manual defoaming.
(9) The control layout is easy to operate, the buttons are designed as the main power switch, the vacuum pump starts and stops, the oil pump starts and stops, the heating starts and stops, and each has an indicator light display;
(10) The machine has phase sequence and phase loss protection functions;
(11) Perfect interlock device ensures long and reliable operation of the whole machine;
(12) Standard wire slots shall be used for wiring in the electric control cabinet to ensure the wiring is orderly. Electric cables shall be used for exterior wiring of the electric control cabinet and iron plastic pipes shall be worn outside for protection.
Heating system
(1) Adopting far infrared carbon fiber electric heating tube and using radiation indirect heating technology, low surface heat load can ensure that the oil will not overheating locally in the heating process.
(2) Equipped with automatic constant temperature control device and heating protection function device, completely prevent the oil-free heating and excessive temperature of the heating system to damage equipment and aging of oil products.
(3) The heating system is interlocked with the vacuum system and the oil drainage system. The heating system can only be started when the vacuum pump and oil pump are started.
(4) Interval control is adopted for temperature control to avoid frequent starting of contactor when oil temperature reaches the set temperature value, and to maximize the service life of electrical appliances;
(5) The optimized heating device design effectively eliminates the generation of harmful gases in the oil filtration process, forming a safe and reliable heating system. The optimized pipeline design ensures that there is no “dead oil zone”, and the oil temperature can be arbitrarily adjusted between 20 ℃ and 80 ℃ for constant temperature heating. At the same time, depending on the climate, there are automatic and manual heating options.
The cooling system
(1) Use our unique technology — heat exchange condensation technology; Visually determine whether the water content of the purified oil has been removed.
(2) Through the optimized design of the condenser, the heat dissipation area is maximized, and the water vapor extracted from the vacuum separation system is rapidly condensed, so as to prevent a large amount of water vapor from directly entering the vacuum pump, causing the emulsification and injection of the vacuum pump oil, thus extending the service life of the vacuum pump;
