1.Before starting the machine

1. Select the four-core cable to connect the terminals L1, L2, L3 and N1 at the lower right corner of the electric control cabinet (preferably grounding). Pay attention to adjust the positive and negative rotation of the motor.

2. Close all external valves. Open the oil valve, and the oil flow is as follows:

3. Connect the inlet and outlet tubing.

2. Open the oil inlet/outlet valve. Oil from the oil inlet valve into the filter oil machine, after coarse filter, heater into the vacuum tank, observe the vacuum tank level gauge glass, oil level to rise slowly, when the liquid level reaches the infrared online, oil pump will automatically start, will the oil from the vacuum tank is hit after a fine filter out the oil valve, (starting electromagnetic valve automatically shut down at the same time, the pump stop from vacuum tank inlet.) The oil in the vacuum tank gradually decreases. When the oil level drops to the infrared line, the oil pump stops, the solenoid valve opens, and the oil is fed again, and the second filter is automatically carried out.

3. Adjust the small-town air valve on the vacuum tank to keep the vacuum between -0.06-0.08.

4. Set the upper limit temperature of the temperature controller as required, generally between 45-65 degrees. The oil is heavy in moisture and the upper limit of temperature can be set to 70 degrees. Adjust the temperature controller to the setting gear, and rotate the temperature control button, clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease. After setting the upper limit of temperature, adjust the temperature controller back to the measuring gear, and turn on the temperature rotation switch after the oil is carefully filtered out. Normal circulating filtration.

5, if someone is on duty, in order to improve the filtering speed, the solenoid valve bypass valve can be opened, so that the oil inlet speed is greatly improved, observe the vacuum tank glass level gauge level. If the inlet speed is fast, the vacuum can be adjusted or the size of the inlet valve to slow down the inlet speed. Avoid that the oil will overflow from the vacuum tank due to the high speed of oil intake, so that it will be drawn out of the filter by the vacuum pump.

3. turn it off

1. Turn off the temperature rotation switch 3 minutes before shutdown.

2. Stop the vacuum pump and close the oil inlet valve.

3. Start the oil pump and close the oil pump after exhausting the remaining oil.

4, close the valve oil valve.

5. Turn off the power.
