Vacuum oil filter
As a very important auxiliary equipment for oil production, vacuum oil filter is widely used in field treatment of oil such as transformer oil, turbine oil, machine tool oil, switch oil and transformer oil. After the industrial oil is used for a period of time, the effluent water pollution and particle pollution in the oil will accelerate the deterioration of the oil, accelerate the metal fatigue, aggravate the wear of hydraulic components, and make the insulation oil lose dielectric strength. Vacuum oil filter can dynamically treat oil without stopping production, reduce production and operation cost, eliminate waste oil combustion and discharge, and avoid environmental pollution.
Vacuum filter oil machine is working, need to filter the insulating oil in vacuum suction under the action of strong magnetic filter (filtration precision (including 80), filter out larger particles impurities, and access to the heater for heating DHS (20-80 DHS), hot oil by spray into a coarse fog into three-dimensional vacuum flash tower, water is evaporated, oil mist whereabouts to the 3 d flash pall ring, form a thin oil film thickness (0.025 mm), the oil film curve downward movement, produces a larger area of aeration and aeration time retention process, thus fully demulsification and dehydration, separation of degassing process. The mixed gas formed by evaporated water vapor, light hydrocarbon and other gases enters the water-gas separation unit, the water under precipitation is directly discharged, the water vapor and non-condensable gas enter the vacuum buffer chamber, the cooled water is directly discharged, and the non-condensable gas is discharged through the vacuum pump. Under the action of the oil pump, the dehydrated and degelled oil goes through a secondary filter (filtration accuracy 15) and a tertiary filter (filtration accuracy 5) to remove very small mechanical impurities, completing a working cycle. In addition, the equipment can vacuum other equipment through the vacuum suction interface.
