Vacuum Oil Filling Method for Vacuum Oil Filling Equipment :
Connect the vacuum pump with cooling water source.
The site is equipped with adequate lighting and fire fighting equipment.
The oil level of the transformer oil pillow is adjusted to a suitable position by the oil release valve at the bottom of the transformer, and then the air vent at the top of the oil pillow is screwed. Pay attention to check the sealing of vents.
Tighten the screw slightly on the casing lifting seat (if there is oil leakage, it should be further tightened appropriately).
Remove temporary oil mark and other relevant oil injection accessories. Make the transformer stand still for at least 24 hours. In this process, all parts of the transformer (such as oil level, sealing, deformation, etc.) should be carefully checked, and the gas relay should be treated with appropriate number of degassing.
Chemical and electrical tests were carried out on transformer oil samples.
Cooperate with the transformer manufacturer and specify the specific construction date. Implement the relevant technological measures, organizational measures and measures as required.
Prepare enough qualified new oil, take oil samples for chemical and electrical tests, and analyze and test the test data.
