Vacuum impregnation equipment

Considering the beauty of the whole equipment, most of the system pipelines need to be set under the channel. When maintenance is needed, the channel cover plate can be opened for operation, so the components selected under the cover plate are required to be reliable and easy to maintain.

1、Paint return system, pressure system and other executive components. At present, the automatic actuator can be roughly divided into three categories: electric, hydraulic and pneumatic. Electric spark may occur in the electric components of the paint dipping equipment, so it should be used as little as possible. The hydraulic components are accurate and reliable. However, the hydraulic components will inevitably leak less, affecting the beauty of the equipment, while the pneumatic components will not spark, and even if there is a small amount of gas leakage, it is also attributed to no pollution gas, just has the advantages of both. Therefore, pneumatic components are used in the equipment.

2、Magnetic filter is added in paint return pipeline
The foreign matters brought into the paint by electrical equipment in the process of vacuum pressure paint dipping can be roughly divided into two categories:
1. Oil pollution, as for a small amount of oil pollution, because the insulating paint has a certain degree of self solubility, a small amount of oil pollution will not have a great impact on the impregnation effect in the process of transferring back paint;
2. If the scrap iron is not removed effectively, it will not only affect the quality of the dip paint, but also block the short circuit and damage the sealing performance of the valve.
