Vacuum Hot Press Furnace
Vacuum hot pressing furnace is widely used in the near-net forming, densification and maximum sintering temperature of various composites, high thermal conductivity materials, SiC/Si3N4/B4C ceramics, copper-based powder materials, iron-based powder materials, iron-copper-based powder materials and other materials.
(1) The body of the vacuum hot-pressing furnace:
The vacuum hot-pressing furnace body is a vertical shell, the inner layer of which is made of stainless steel and the outer layer of which is carbon steel. A jacket is formed between the two layers to take away heat from the shell through cooling water, so that the temperature of the furnace wall does not exceed 60 C, and the upper and lower flanges are welded as a whole. There are infrared temperature measuring holes (with protective atmosphere vent), thermocouple temperature measuring holes, exhaust holes and observation holes, platinum-rhodium thermocouple temperature automatic exit device, infrared temperature measuring observation holes with glass air blowing anti-fogging device, and observation holes used by operators with baffles.
(2) The vacuum hot-pressing furnace body is a furnace cover, which is composed of internal and external heads and flanges. The middle water-cooled furnace cover is suspended on the hoisting mechanism. The handle of the plate-moving starting mechanism can lift the furnace cover up to 10-15mm. The furnace cover has a pressure head, a pressure sensor, an exhaust diaphragm valve and a cover locking device.
(3) Vacuum hot-pressing furnace bottom part: It is also composed of internal and external heads and flanges, middle water-cooled, fixed at the bottom of the furnace body, with the introduction of electrodes, lower pressure head intake diaphragm valve and other components, and equipped with adjustable height displacement sensor.
(4) The vacuum hot-pressing furnace rack is composed of upper beam, furnace rack, bottom and column, and serves as the support of upper and lower pressure heads.
(5) Graphite is used as heating element in vacuum hot pressing furnace, graphite felt and graphite tube as heat insulation material, and high strength graphite is used as top and bottom pressing head.
(6) Hydraulic pressure is automatically regulated by electric input, equipped with hydraulic lock and steering valve, and the pressure and displacement are displayed by digital display.
(7) The vacuum system of vacuum hot pressing furnace adopts mechanical pumps (distribution electromagnetic bleeding valve) and oil diffusion pumps, with cold traps and units at the same time. Vacuum measurement is a composite vacuum gauge. The vacuum system is also equipped with an air release valve and an air inflating valve. The vacuum connection hose is made of stainless steel metal hose.
(8) The electric furnace control cabinet adopts Siemens standard form, the power control adopts thyristor voltage regulator + high current transformer, and the temperature control adopts two digital display intelligent program controllers. Temperature sensor adopts platinum rhodium thermocouple and infrared radiation thermometer. Electrical control system has the functions of classified alarm and cutting off heating power supply.
