Note: 1. Fe-based Ni-based superalloys contain Al. Mn, Ti elements and high content of Cr. Generally, first draw a high vacuum of 10-3~10-2Pa, and then pass high-purity hydrogen during high-temperature heating to bring the vacuum to 0.1 ~1Pa, use 10-3~10-2Pa high vacuum aging treatment for the finished product size.

2. Long heat treatment time. Special solid solution aging alloy, after 16 hours, its leakage rate should be very small, and the pressure rise rate is preferably 0.133Pa/h. Otherwise, the air infiltrating parts will be oxidized during aging.

3. High temperature alloy solid solution treatment requires a faster cooling rate, generally water quenching furnace.
