Vacuum Heat Treatment of 2Cr13 Pins
Material: 2Cr13 steel
Technical requirements: 50~55HRC
The dimensions of the shaft are shown in Figure 1, and the hardness is required to be 50~54HRC. The original use of salt bath furnace heating oil cooling quenching, cleaning is very difficult, and the surface quality is poor, can not meet the technical requirements, such as water quenching, it is easy to produce cracks.
After vacuum heat treatment, the surface quality is good, and the hardness is 52HRC, which meets the technical requirements.
