Vacuum Heat Treatment Equipment Selection
Vacuum heat treatment furnaces are discrete, horizontal, single, double chamber, periodic and continuous in form. It can be divided into water cooling, air cooling and oil cooling. From the material of heater, it can be divided into metal (Mo, W, Ni-Cr), non-metal (C, etc.). There are annealing, quenching, solid solution, aging, diffusion, sintering, brazing, degreasing, cleaning, drying and so on. When choosing vacuum heat treatment furnace, the horizontal furnace is the best choice except for the long slender rod and thin-walled super-long tubular parts. The furnace type can be selected according to the specific use.
Vacuum annealing furnace:
Iron and steel and other ferrous metals annealed;
Electrical pure iron, silicon steel annealing, titanium alloy dehydrogenation, stress relief annealing. Solid Melting Aging of Superalloys and Elastic Alloys;
Vacuum, hydrogen protected annealing of special materials;
Hydrogen permeation and dehydrogenation heat treatment of special materials;
Vacuum water quenching furnace:
Solid melting of austenitic stainless steel (large size), iron-green steel, special materials for nuclear industry and zinc water;
Vacuum oil quenching furnace:
Solid melting of austenitic stainless steel quenched by alloy structural steel and various tool and die steels (small and thin in size);
Vacuum gas quenching furnace:
Gas-cooled quenching of tool and die steels, annealing and solidification aging of various special alloys;
Vacuum tempering furnace:
High temperature tempering of tool and die steels, aging of superalloys, elastic alloys and copper alloys. Stress relief and softening annealing of titanium, copper and steel alloys;
Vacuum brazing furnace:
Brazing of stainless steel, gold and silver, etc.
Brazing of aluminium and its alloys;
Vacuum sintering furnace:
W-based cemented carbide sintering;
Annealing of oxygenated materials and sintering and annealing of their molybdenum alloys;
Vacuum cleaning, degreasing and drying furnace:
Metal parts are mixed with oil, washed and dried.
Vacuum carburizing furnace:
Carburizing and quenching of alloy structural steel and stainless steel, air-cooled quenching of tool and die steel, repairing and infiltrating of sharp carbon parts;
Two-chamber vacuum water or water-based medium heat treatment furnace. It can be used for solid melting of austenitic stainless steel (slightly larger) titanium alloy, beryllium bronze, water cooling or ice cooling of soft magnetic alloy (Fe-A1, Fe-Si-AI) during annealing.
Vacuum hydrogen protected heat treatment furnace. It is used for composite purification annealing treatment of soft magnetic materials, diamond sintering and qualitative hydrogen percolation and dehydrogenation treatment.
Vacuum carburizing and nitriding furnace. It is used for fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and creep strength of quenched head after Co-penetration of various kinds of base parts made of carbon steel and alloy steel. Moreover, the deformation (< 0.01mm) is obviously reduced, energy is saved and CO2 emission is reduced greatly.
