1. Product description

High temperature graphitization furnace is a high-performance intelligent electric furnace developed by our technicians by digesting and absorbing foreign temperature measurement, temperature control technology, intelligent technology, new materials and furnace body design, and launched in the special carbon material industry (which can also be applied to other industries with technical permission).

The maximum temperature is 3000 ℃, which can fully meet the sintering and graphitization of various materials.

The digital display intelligent temperature control system is adopted to complete the temperature measurement and control process with full-automatic and high precision. The system can heat according to the given heating curve, and can store 400 different process heating curves.

Adopt internal circulation pure water cooling system; Digital flow monitoring system, furnace body conversion adopts high-performance medium frequency contactor; Comprehensive PLC water, electricity and gas automatic control and protection system.
