Vacuum furnace structure and schematic diagram

1. Structure:
The structure of the vacuum furnace is generally composed of the main engine, the furnace, the electric heating device, the sealed furnace shell, the vacuum system, the power supply system, the temperature control system and the transportation vehicle outside the furnace.
(1) Furnace shell:
The sealed furnace shell is welded with carbon steel or stainless steel, and the joint surface of the detachable part is sealed with a vacuum sealing material. In order to prevent the furnace shell from being deformed after heating and the sealing material is heated and deteriorated, the furnace shell is generally cooled by water or air cooling.
(2) Furnace:
The hearth is located in the sealed furnace shell. Depending on the purpose of the furnace, different types of heating elements are installed inside the furnace, such as resistors, induction coils, electrodes, and electron guns.
(3) Crucible:
The vacuum furnace for smelting metal is equipped with a crucible in the hearth, and some are equipped with an automatic pouring device and a robot for loading and unloading.
(4) Vacuum system:
Vacuum system is mainly composed of vacuum pump, vacuum valve and vacuum gauge.
2. Working principle:
The working principle is to extract a vacuum to form a low-pressure environment with almost no air, and then use water to boil at low pressure (below atmospheric pressure) to produce steam, and the principle of heat output through steam-water condensation heat exchange.
The structure of the vacuum furnace is generally reasonable and meets the requirements of use.
