Firstly, it fully meets the requirement of heating and quenching without oxidizing decarbonization of workpiece; secondly, the equipment is controlled by program to automatically execute the set technological parameters, eliminating the influence of human factors; thirdly, the temperature control system adopts PID to adjust the automatic temperature control, and the furnace temperature uniformity can be controlled in the range of (+2 C), thus ensuring the workpiece quenching. Fire can be uniformly heated, the processed surface is smooth and non-oxidized, and the shot peening treatment after heat treatment can be omitted, which reduces the workload of the surface treatment workshop by reducing the process. In addition, the simple operation of the equipment reduces the number of operators, but also improves the work efficiency. At the same time, the environmental pollution caused by salt furnace treatment was eliminated and the working environment of operators was improved.
