When the equipment suddenly fails in operation, it should first observe whether there is a fault warning or alarm sound on the instrument panel.The first step is to identify which part of the instrument panel is failing, and then screen for a specific part or quickly fix the problem by a professional.
Low temperature experiments if not up to the standard to see the same temperature reduction rate.If the temperature drops slowly, it is necessary to check whether the working room has not been dried.The studio needs to be dried before the experiment and places too many test products, so that the air inside can not be circulated;If not, you need to check the equipment in the refrigeration system, and the refrigeration equipment needs to be checked by a professional.
When the temperature of high temperature experiment fails to reach the standard, it is necessary to check the electrical system and determine the fault problem by using the elimination method.If the speed of temperature rise is relatively slow, it is necessary to check whether the regulating plate in the circulation system is in the closed state to affect the circulation, or check whether the fan system operates normally.If the temperature is too high, the machine will trigger the over-temperature protection. It is necessary to check that there is a problem with the control instrument. If there is a problem, it can be replaced directly.

2. When there is dust or unclean inside the equipment, use alcohol or gasoline soaked silk cloth to wipe clean and dry.
3. When the parts and components of the sealing part are disassembled and assembled, it should be cleaned with aviation gasoline or alcohol. After drying, it should be coated with vacuum grease and then installed.
4. The outer surface of the equipment should be wiped frequently and kept clean.The same applies to the use of vacuum tempering furnaces.
5. The electrical joint of the electrical control system should be kept clean and fastened. Each fastening joint should be checked before opening the furnace.
6. The insulation resistance of the furnace should be checked frequently. When the insulation resistance is less than 1000 Ohm, the electric heating element, the resistance of the electrode and the thermal layer should be checked carefully, and the furnace can be opened after troubleshooting.
7, mechanical transmission parts according to the general equipment lubrication requirements, regular refueling or oil change.
8, vacuum units, valves, instruments and other accessories, according to the factory products with the technical specifications for vacuum furnace maintenance.
9, vacuum furnace maintenance should be power outage maintenance, in the live condition of maintenance, must ensure the safety of operators, maintenance personnel and equipment.
