Vacuum furnace checking

①. Check whether the high-purity nitrogen is sufficient before work every day, check whether the cooling water path is unblocked, and whether the compressed air pressure meets the standard.

②. When the inside of the equipment is dusty or dirty, wipe it with a silk cloth wetted with alcohol or gasoline and let it dry.

③. The electrical joints of the electrical control system should be kept clean and fastened, and each fastened electrical joint should be checked each time before starting the furnace.

④. Wipe the outer surface of the equipment frequently to keep it clean.

⑤. Mechanical transmission parts should be refueled or changed regularly according to general equipment lubrication requirements.

⑥. After the work is finished, the furnace body must be kept in a vacuum state of less than 0.01 Pa.

The following items are completed by the operator assisted by the maintenance worker:

①. The power should be cut off for maintenance, and the absolute safety of the operator, maintenance personnel and equipment must be ensured when the maintenance is carried out while the power is on.

②. When disassembling and assembling the parts of the furnace vacuum system, hydraulic system, and rechargeable body system, they should be cleaned with gasoline or alcohol, dried and then coated with vacuum grease before installation.

③. The insulation resistance of the furnace should be checked frequently. When the insulation resistance between the water-cooled electrode and the furnace shell is less than 1000Ω, the electric heating element, the resistance of the electrode and the heat insulation layer, etc. should be carefully checked, and the fault should be eliminated in time.

④. Finished parts such as vacuum pumps, valves, measuring instruments, thermal instruments, and electrical components are repaired and maintained in accordance with the technical specifications of the products delivered.
