Vacuum Furnace Heating Chamber
Vacuum furnace heating chamber is mainly used in vacuum sintering furnace, vacuum annealing furnace, vacuum quenching furnace, vacuum melting furnace and so on. The temperature in the vacuum furnace is generally between 1100 and 2100. The whole heating chamber is mainly composed of stainless steel, tungsten, molybdenum and tantalum.

Bar fittings
In order to increase strength and force, the connecting rod, supporting rod, pin piercing and electrode used in SIMUWU heating chamber increase the outer diameter of blank in forging process. By increasing the number of forging times and adjusting the temperature, the radial extension of crystal is increased and the stress capacity of rod is improved by making the crystal in radial staggered state. It reduces the probability of fracture and cracking, and improves the service life. It is easy to change the chemical composition of materials by oxidation and carbonization under the high-temperature air environment brought by high-speed machine adding links such as wire passing, drilling, cutting, outer diameter cutting and flat end face, which results in the change of the chemical composition of materials, leading to the assembly in the heating chamber. It is easy to produce impurities in use, which pollutes the products of customers. Therefore, in the process of processing, we equip teachers with many years of relevant parts processing experience to operate. Skillful skills and reasonable technology (cooling treatment during processing) reduce the contact time between workpiece and air at high temperature, and reduce the contact time between workpiece and air. Screen and sheet fittings
The heat shield, heating belt and gasket used in SIMUWU heating room are introduced. Because it is used in the heating chamber of vacuum furnace, the arc-shaped hot bending assembly is needed according to the design of furnace, and the properties of molybdenum metal itself are relatively brittle, not easy to bend and easy to crack. In view of this characteristic, in the rolling process, we increase the deformation treatment, adjust annealing temperature and time according to each thickness of the sheet, in order to adapt to the elongation deformation during rolling. At the same time, in order to reduce the non-uniform thermal deformation of the sheet after it becomes a heat shield, it is partially blocked or broken by external forces of connecting rods, pins, positioning pins and other components. We have also improved the rolling process and carried out cross rolling, which can make the solid phase of crystal cross-extend and eventually close to fibrosis, thus interlacing with the bonding interface, thus reducing the probability of rupture; secondly, the distance between the heat shield and each layer is precisely controlled, and the location of each hole is precisely controlled. The deviation of positioning and hole spacing is also a very important reason, so in the initial design, the size of the heating chamber will be matched reasonably with the specifications of the heat shield, reducing unnecessary riveting or lapping points, and reducing the probability of error. At the same time, the U-shaped support, connecting rod and limit pin should be reasonably increased, and the tension and support should be given when the heat shield is deformed, so that the deformation can be controlled within a reasonable allowable range. At the same time, we use large-scale water cutter and large laser cutter to process heat shield, heating belt U-shaped support, gasket and other sheets, which is fast, accurate and programmable. It improves work efficiency, reduces delivery time, improves accuracy and avoids manual drawing error. It improves the service life and reduces the cost of customers.
