Vacuum Furnace Function
Vacuum furnace is a heating equipment in vacuum environment. In the furnace sealed by metal or quartz glass cover, the pipe is connected with the high vacuum pump system. Furnace vacuum can reach 133×(10-2~10-4))Pa. The heating system in the furnace can be directly heated by electrified resistance furnace wire (such as tungsten wire) or by high frequency induction heating.
Vacuum quenching (tempering, annealing) is a method to achieve the desired performance by heating and cooling materials or parts in vacuum according to process regulations.
Vacuum quenching furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace body steel bracket, detachable furnace top, furnace lining, electrothermal components, circulating fan, air guide plate, furnace bottom opposite open door, double speed lifting mechanism, material rack, quenching tank, material carrier, control system and distribution cabinet/control cabinet, hydraulic system, etc.
Vacuum brazing is a kind of welding process in which a group of welding parts are heated to the melting point temperature of filler metal above but below the melting point temperature of base metal under vacuum condition, and the weld seam is formed by wetting and flowing of filler metal to base metal. Brazing temperature varies from material to material.
Vacuum brazing furnace is divided into two types: vertical and horizontal, according to the furnace temperature and customer’s technological requirements. Graphite or molybdenum or tungsten are used as heating body and heat shield.
Vacuum sintering is a method of sintering metal powder products into parts through adhesion and diffusion of adjacent metal powder grains by heating them in vacuum.
Vacuum sintering furnace is a complete set of equipment for sintering cemented carbide cutters and various metal powder compacts by using the principle of medium frequency induction heating under vacuum or protective atmosphere. It is designed for the industrial production of cemented carbide, dysprosium metal and ceramic materials.
