Vacuum Furnace for High Precision Parts
High-tech products require higher and higher precision of raw materials. Vacuum furnaces must be used for casting extremely precise metal materials. What is the reason why vacuum heat treatment furnaces can produce high-precision parts?
1. Strict vacuum sealing: It is well known that vacuum heat treatment of the remaining parts is carried out in a sealed vacuum furnace. Therefore, it is very important to obtain the original leakage rate of the vacuum furnace and to ensure that the vacuum furnace is not vacuum, so a key problem of the vacuum heat treatment furnace is to have reliable vacuum tightness. Sealing structure, in order to ensure the vacuum performance of the vacuum furnace, a basic principle must be followed in the structural design of the vacuum heat treatment furnace, that is, the furnace body should be welded tightly, and at the same time, the furnace body should be opened or opened as little as possible, and the dynamic sealing structure should be adopted or avoided, so as to minimize the chance of vacuum leakage, the components and accessories installed on the vacuum furnace body, such as water-cooled electrodes, etc. The sealing structure must also be designed for the outlet of thermocouple for stomach loading.
2. Most of the heating and insulation materials can only be used in the direct air state: the heating and insulation lining materials of the classical air heat treatment furnace work in vacuum and high temperature. Therefore, the requirements of high temperature resistance, low vapor pressure, good radiation effect, low thermal conductivity and low oxidation performance are put forward for this material. Therefore, tungsten, platinum and graphite are widely used in the classical air heat treatment furnace. Heating and insulation material, this material is very easy to track in the atmosphere, therefore, conventional heat treatment furnace can not use this heating and insulation material.
3. Higher degree of automation: The higher degree of automation of vacuum heat treatment furnace is due to the operation of heating and cooling of metal workpiece, which requires more than ten or even dozens of actions. These actions are carried out in vacuum heat treatment furnace, which is inaccessible to operators. At the same time, if the heating and heat preservation are finished, the quenching process of the workpiece needs six actions. In order to accomplish many tasks in less than 15 seconds and under such rapid conditions, it is easy to cause operator tension and misoperation. Therefore, only a higher degree of self-work can coordinate work accurately and timely according to the procedure.
Therefore, vacuum furnace heat treatment can not only realize the non-oxidation and decarbonization of steel parts, but also realize the production of pollution-free and less distortion of the workpiece, and become an irreplaceable advanced technology in the production of tools and dies.
