Vacuum furnace for degreasing
Vacuum Furnace Application:
It is mainly used in the degreasing sintering process of stainless steel, cemented carbide, superalloy, high specific gravity alloy, cermets, magnetic materials, carbides, borides, oxides, intermetallic compounds, vacuum or carrier degreasing before oxide sintering and high temperature sintering, iron-based, titanium alloy, alloy steel, high-speed steel and other metal and ceramic injection moulding parts (MIM). It is widely used in parts and components of medical devices.

Cooling mode selection (vertical circular cooling, circular nozzle cooling) special material technology can be accompanied by low temperature convection heating device;
Low-voltage control device to meet special atmospheric process requirements (such as inhibiting the volatilization of alloy elements);
According to the material process requirements, the high vacuum/medium vacuum configuration can be freely selected.
