Vacuum Furnace Commissioning & Acceptance
After the complete set of equipment of the vacuum furnace is installed according to the technical requirements, when there are no missing parts and good grounding, the commissioning and acceptance can be carried out according to the following items.
1. Inspection items
1) Appearance quality inspection: The outer surface should be smooth and smooth, without serious pits and mechanical bruises. Vacuum furnace
2) Inspection of the instruction manual and certificate of the main purchased accessories: such as vacuum unit, magnetic voltage regulator, electronic potentiometer, temperature control microprocessor, vacuum relay, etc.
2. Commissioningof cold furnace
1) Mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical linkage debugging, adjust the workpiece transfer time ≤ 25S, the entire linkage should be coordinated, stable, accurate and reliable for three consecutive actions under the condition of loading 200Kg.
① The opening or closing stroke time of the vacuum insulated door is adjusted to ≤8 S.
② Adjust the travel time of the workpiece car to the heating chamber to 12-15 S.
③ Adjust the ascent or descent stroke time of the workpiece car to ≤3 S.
④ Adjust the travel time of the workpiece car back to the cooling chamber to 12-15 S.
⑤ Load 200Kg for linkage test, and the total travel time is ≤25 S. Continuous action should be coordinated, stable, accurate and reliable. Oil quenching vacuum furnace
2) Debugging of air-cooled fan, the speed is about 1400r/min, the rotation is flexible, and there is no abnormal phenomenon.
3) The debugging of the alarm system should be accurate, safe and reliable.
4) Measure insulation resistance greater than or equal to 20 kilohms.
5) Measure the cold vacuum degree of the furnace, and the pressure rise rate is close to 0.5Pa/h (can be combined with the thermal debugging).
3. Thermal commissioning of vacuum furnace
1) When the furnace vacuum degree is not less than 13.3Pa, the furnace should be powered on. During the whole process when the furnace temperature is slowly raised to 1300℃, the furnace vacuum degree should not be less than 13.3Pa. After fully baking and degassing, When the pressure rise rate meets the technical requirements, it is sufficient.
2) Ultimate vacuum measurement: not less than 6×1.0-4Pa.
3) Working vacuum measurement: not less than 2.7Pa (when the furnace is empty at 1000).
4) Pressure rise rate measurement: When the vacuum furnace is heated to 1200°C, after fully baking and degassing, the pressure rise rate should be measured when the furnace temperature is cooled to below 100°C, and it should reach 0.5Pa/h.
5) Debugging of the inflatable body: When the vacuum degree of the cooling chamber is 1.33Pa, close the vacuum insulation door and the vacuum valve of the cooling chamber, and immediately fill the cooling chamber furnace with nitrogen 0.06MPa, the time should be completed in 2.5 (seconds), and The vacuum degree of the heating chamber shall not be lower than 670Pa.
