Air cooling system cooling process:
①The heat is transferred from the inside of the workpiece to the surface of the workpiece; ②The surface of the workpiece transfers (releases) heat to the surrounding cooling medium (gas); ③The gas circulates to transport the heat to the heat exchanger; ④The heat exchanger transfers the heat to the outside of the vacuum furnace system.
Air cooling system design points:
1. Increase the cooling gas flow rate as much as possible. Whether it is from the aspect of improving the heat release coefficient of the workpiece or from the aspect of enhancing the ability of the gas to transport heat, the gas flow rate should be increased.
2. Increase the flow rate of the cooling gas near the workpiece and in the heat exchanger. This is mainly to improve the heat release coefficient of the workpiece and the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger.
3. Increase the density of the cooling gas. To increase the pressure of the gas, several or dozens of atmospheric pressure gas is used, and this method is adopted by the high-pressure gas quenching furnace.
4. Reduce resistance in gas flow. Improve the efficiency of the gas circulation fan, thereby reducing the power of the motor, because in the process of gas circulation, the power of the motor will be converted into heat into the vacuum furnace system, which will inevitably affect the cooling performance of the entire furnace, the motor and impeller, air volume , The air pressure should be reasonably matched according to the loading volume and cooling speed.
5. To achieve a reasonable match of each link. Ensure that the heat flow of each link is equal within the set reasonable working temperature range.
