1. Application of vacuum dehydrated oil purification system

Vacuum dehydrated oil purification system is applied to the purification of diesel, kerosene, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and other oils. Remove water and impurities in the oil and improve the cleanliness of the whole system.

Advantages of macromolecular water coalescence purifier; No need to remove moisture by heating; Different liquids have different surface tension. When the liquid flows through the hole, the smaller the surface tension, the faster the transmission speed.

2. Vacuum dehydrated oil purification principle

When different mixed liquids flow into the separator and first enter the coalescence filter element, the filter adopts multi-layer filter media, and the pore diameter increases layer by layer. Due to the difference of surface tension, oil can pass through the filter layer quickly, while water passes through much slower; In addition to using hydrophilic materials, the coalescence filter adsorbs small water droplets on the surface of the filter layer to coalesce the water droplets. Under the action of kinetic energy, water droplets pass through the hole and gradually become large water droplets. Under the action of gravity, they fall and separate from the oil. The oil also contains small water at the end of the coalescence filter element and advances to the separation filter element through inertia. The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic materials. When the oil passes through the separation filter, it will block small moisture, and the oil will be discharged from the outlet through the separation filter.
