Vacuum degreasing furnace
Vacuum degreasing furnace is mainly used for powder metallurgy products, metal injection molding products; Including stainless steel base, cemented carbide, superalloy, high density alloy, ceramic material, magnetic material, ndfeb and so on. It has the advantages of quick and thorough degreasing.
It adopts a high-efficiency fat collection system, which has many functions such as fat accumulation, filtration, coarse purification, fine purification and so on.
Equipped with carrier gas degreasing system, strengthen degreasing effect, no dead angle of grease in the furnace, more complete degreasing, improve product quality.
Equipped with a unique steam grease cleaning system to eliminate the trouble of grease cleaning.
The computer is used to realize the full-automatic control of temperature and action process, PLC is used to realize the safety interlock, which has the functions of over pressure, over temperature and over high water temperature audible and visual alarm and interlock.
Equipped with internal circulation fast cooling device, high efficiency heat exchange technology multi-directional blowing to the workpiece, fast and uniform cooling. Compared with the external circulation fast cooling device, it has the advantages of small volume, high starting temperature and fast vacuum pumping speed.
Vacuum degreasing furnace structure:
According to the process requirements of customers, vertical and horizontal structures are adopted.
Equipped with special sealed furnace and multi-stage water-cooled butterfly type grease catcher for degreasing and collecting grease. The furnace can be moved out of the furnace body as a whole for easy maintenance.
Nickel chromium heater and stainless steel or composite heat shield are used. The heating body can be divided into multiple zones, each zone can control temperature independently, and can be adjusted by programmable PID.
Equipped with carrier gas degreasing device, the carrier gas can be introduced into the furnace, and the air charging flow can be adjusted. Equipped with internal circulation cooling device, it can accelerate the cooling of materials in the furnace, shorten the working cycle, and improve the product quality and working efficiency. Equipped with a unique steam grease cleaning system to eliminate the trouble of grease cleaning.
