Vacuum carburizing furnace

Vacuum carburizing furnace is mainly used for gear, oil pump, high speed steel, high alloy, super alloy steel, die steel, vacuum carburizing, vacuum carbonitriding.

Vacuum carburizing furnace features:
No internal oxidation, fast permeability, low power consumption, low treatment cost.
The heating area is evenly arranged with squirter-cage heating elements and multi-group carburizing atmosphere nozzles, and the carburizing parameters are controlled to ensure that the carburizing depth error of the parts is small and the carburizing layer carbon concentration distribution is ensured.
The heating chamber adopts multi-zone temperature control to ensure strict furnace temperature uniformity requirements.
For environmental protection equipment, no fire and explosion risk.

Vacuum carburizing furnace structure:
It is composed of furnace body, furnace tank, temperature control cabinet, air pumping and air supply system.
Under the negative pressure, the seepage agent is spread to everywhere automatically, no fan is needed; Two kinds of gas can be inhaled at the same time three kinds of liquid, to achieve multiple co-permeability;
The furnace lining adopts new thermal insulation material, the inner wall is coated with infrared radiation coating, the heating is fast, the electricity consumption is less. The furnace can be removed as a whole for easy maintenance. Equipped with air charging device, can be charged into the furnace with protective gas or working gas, air flow adjustable. Equipped with internal circulation cooling device, can accelerate the cooling of materials in the furnace, shorten the working cycle, conducive to improve product quality and work efficiency.
The temperature control mode adopts intelligent program control, multi-zone temperature control, automatic adjustment of output power, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature power outage, automatic interposition, and less interference to the power grid.

Vacuum system configuration: rotary vane vacuum pump + roots vacuum pump

The configuration can be upgraded according to customer needs
1. It can be equipped with built-in quick cooling system;
2, can be equipped with PLC programmable controller and graphic operation terminal (touch screen) control system;
