Vacuum carbonizing furnace
Vacuum carbonization furnace application: Intermediate frequency carbonization furnace is a intermittent induction heating furnace, mainly used for hard alloy, powder metallurgy industry to produce various particle size of tungsten carbide powder, titanium carbide powder, vanadium carbide powder and other metal powder and composite metal powder.
Vacuum carbonization furnace features:
2300℃ ultra-high temperature furnace body, compatible with fine, medium and coarse particle material WC powder and compound material carbonization heating process.
Digital display programmable intelligent temperature control system is adopted to complete the temperature measurement and temperature control process with full automatic precision. The system can raise the temperature according to the given heating curve and store 20 heating curves of 400 different processes.
Using pure water cooling system, digital flow monitoring system.
An intermediate frequency contactor is used to convert furnace body automatically.
Comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system.
Compared with traditional carbonization furnace, this system has the advantages of complete reaction, uniform particle size, high compound carbon content, low free carbon content, high yield, good working conditions and long service life.
