Vacuum Carbonization Furnace for Processing Graphite Hard Felt
Graphite hard felt is mainly used in: vacuum furnace insulation; inert gas furnace insulation; polycrystalline silicon single crystal silicon furnace insulation.
Main features: low thermal conductivity; high purity; high thermal stability; corrosion resistance; easy cutting

Application of graphite felt:
1. Aerospace industry: hot isostatic pressing furnace, heat treatment, sintering, brazing, hot pressing furnace
2. Semiconductor industry: drawing silicon single crystal furnace, graphitization furnace
3. Metal heat treatment: heat treatment furnace, sintering furnace, brazing furnace
4. Carbon fiber production: induction heating or resistance heating carbonization furnace, graphitization furnace
5. Production of composite materials: chemical vapor deposition of pyrolytic carbon and pyrolytic graphite, or composite materials of other materials
6. Energy materials: vanadium or other redox battery materials
High temperature vacuum carbonization furnace is a batch induction heating furnace, which can be used for carbonization of graphite hard felt.
SIMUWU’s high temperature vacuum carbonization furnace has the following characteristics:
1. The 2300℃ ultra-high temperature furnace body is compatible with the carbonization heating process of fine, medium and coarse particles WC powder and composite materials.
2. Adopt digital display programmable intelligent temperature control system, complete automatic high-precision temperature measurement and temperature control process, the system can be heated according to the given heating curve, and can store twenty 400 different process heating curves.
3. Adopt pure water cooling system, digital flow monitoring system.
4. Adopt high-performance intermediate frequency contactor to automatically convert the furnace body;
5. Comprehensive PLC water, electricity and gas automatic control and protection system.
Compared with traditional carbonization furnace, the system has obvious improvement in carbonization quality. It has the advantages of complete reaction, uniform particle size, high compound carbon content, low free carbon content, etc., and high output, good working conditions and long service life.
