1. Application of vacuum carbon fiber graphitization heat treatment furnace

It is applicable to the sintering and graphitization of carbon materials, PI films and graphite powder, the sintering of carbon fiber rope, carbon fiber filament and other materials that are allowed to be sintered and melted in carbon environment.

3. Select excellent configuration according to customer requirements

3.1. Touch screen or industrial computer automatically controls and records process parameters. PLC can realize data communication with touch screen display system, intelligent temperature control meter and PLC programming.

3.2. Digital flow monitoring system, each water is monitored by flowmeter.

3.3. Configure roots pump according to vacuum requirements, and the vacuum degree can reach 10Pa.

3.4. Add air inlet and outlet automatic balance system for personnel on duty. (the mass flow control instrument accurately controls the gas flow into the furnace, and the pressure control instrument accurately controls the atmosphere pressure in the furnace.)

3.5. Tar is collected by two-stage condenser to remove coke and filter to purify vacuum waste gas, which can effectively protect the normal operation of vacuum pump.

3.6. High performance gas purifier, the oxygen content of gas can be reduced to 1ppmv, and the dew point temperature can be reduced to – 70.

3.7. The multi-functional operation platform can realize remote control, with a maximum distance of 30m.
