Vacuum brazing process
Vacuum brazing production technology is the technical software to make the super hard abrasive brazing tools. There are six processes including product preparation, pre-processing, sanding and powdering, firing, post-processing and packaging and storage.
Product preparation process
Product preparation process work content mainly includes: matrix design and processing, abrasive selection, sanding tooling design, brazing material selection and packaging design and processing.

Preprocessing process

Post-processing process
The working contents of the post-processing process mainly include: shape dressing, dynamic balance, beautification and finishing, etc.
The post-processing process is the most serious work of brazing operators. The principles of doing this work well are: removing high points, balancing vibration and beautifying tools.
Packaging warehousing process
The working contents of packaging and storage process mainly include: packaging and storage, etc.
