Vacuum Brazing of Ti-Al-V Titanium Alloy Impeller
Titanium alloy impeller, the material is Ti-Al-V alloy. The normal operating speed of the impeller is 600 ~ 800 / min, which requires the brazing seam to have a high enough strength.
Brazing uses SIMUWU vacuum brazing furnace,
using BAg94AIMn brazing filler metal;
cold state vacuum is 10-3Pa;
working vacuum is 5X10-2Pa;
brazing temperature is 920℃;
brazing holding time is 5 minutes.
The braze seam is moderately rounded and the surface is smooth and dense. The overspeed test speed is 15000r/min for 30min, which fully meets the requirements of working environment.
