Low temperature solder paste can not be welded in air or general protective atmosphere (such as nitrogen) because it contains active metal titanium; it can be brazed in argon protection state, but it is not easy to succeed with high requirements. It can weld single crystal diamond, CVD, PCD and PCBN with active solder titanium. It is suitable for most PCD welding (especially for PCD with temperature resistance within 760 ℃), and requires high vacuum degree (10-2Pa).
