The vacuum brazing furnace includes single-chamber horizontal furnace, double-chamber semi-continuous furnace, three-chamber continuous furnace and so on.
This equipment is more suitable for vacuum brazing of stainless steel, titanium alloys, hard alloys, and high temperature alloys. In order to ensure the quality of brazing, the equipment adopts zone heating to control the temperature, and the furnace temperature uniformity can reach ±3°C.
The heat shield is made of metallic molybdenum and stainless steel, and the heating element is metallic molybdenum (the maximum operating temperature is 1350℃).
The main structure of the vacuum brazing furnace: The furnace tank is welded with SS304 stainless steel, the furnace bottom and the furnace cover are both hemispherical heads, and the front of the furnace tank body is a double-layer water-cooled sandwich structure.
The furnace cover and the furnace pot body are sealed by an “O”-shaped rubber ring and equipped with a locking device.
The furnace tank is equipped with a heat shield device, using graphite heat shield or metal heat shield, etc.
Vacuum system: It is composed of EVP brand vacuum pump and corresponding vacuum valve vacuum flange, stainless steel bellows vacuum pipeline. The vacuum valve is electrically controlled and can be set and adjusted according to the vacuum degree or time.
According to the brazing temperature, it is divided into: RHVB series high temperature vacuum brazing furnace, RVB-L series low temperature vacuum brazing furnace.

This equipment is used for vacuum brazing of copper alloys, stainless steel, high temperature alloys, heat-resistant alloys, etc. It is also suitable for vacuum brazing of refractory alloys or dissimilar metals containing zirconium, niobium, and molybdenum.
