It is difficult to braze diamond straight blade. The reasons are as follows:
1. PCD composite film is relatively thin, about 1.2mm. The temperature should not be too high. It is easy to overheat. PCD is damaged.
That is to say, the brazing temperature should not be too high or exceed 760.
2. After one side of brazing is completed, heat the other side, which is easy to cause melting of the completed side.
Uneven heating leads to brazing defects.
According to the pain point of manual induction brazing, the diamond straight blade can be brazed in vacuum furnace. Avoid the above problems.
Vacuum brazing diamond cutting tool process:
Step 1: paste
Apply the solder paste to the weld by hand, place the cutter head, and fix the cutter head in a proper position by using the viscosity of the solder paste.
Step 2: entering the furnace and heating up
Put the cutting tool into the vacuum furnace, keep the whole welding process in the state of air extraction; when the vacuum degree reaches 10-2Pa, start to heat up, heat preservation for 3 minutes at 300 ° C and 500 ° C respectively, heat preservation for 5 minutes when it rises to 20 ° C lower than the solid point, and heat preservation for 5 minutes when it rises to the welding temperature. The temperature and holding time here can be adjusted according to the power of each vacuum furnace, the number of primary welding parts and the size of workpieces.
Step 3: cooling
With the furnace cooling, continue to maintain the state of air extraction, until the temperature in the furnace is lower than 200 degrees, the furnace can be opened to take parts.
