Vacuum Atmospheric Furnace for metal materials
Over the past 10 years, SIMUWU vacuum furnace has produced vacuum sintering furnaces for cemented carbide, cermet, magnet, MIM products and special oxide ceramics. The sintering process agglomerates the particles into a coherent, predetermined solid structure. In this process, mass transport occurs in the atomic range. Single phase powder is sintered at 2 / 3 ~ 4 / 5 of the melting temperature, and multi-phase powder (mixture) is sintered near the solid line of the lowest melting phase.
Vacuum Atmospheric Sintering Process
The sintering process is carried out under the action of vacuum or shielding gas at a suitable temperature. A definite, repeatable sintering atmosphere without atmospheric oxygen is very important. At a certain pressure and temperature, the process gas feed during sintering with argon, nitrogen, hydrogen, methane, carbon dioxide and other gases may affect the structure and chemical composition of the workpiece.
