3、 Furnace structure the equipment is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining and insulation structure, heating element, water cooling system, vacuum pump, atmosphere gas path, etc. This furnace is a pre vacuumizing and atmosphere protecting electric furnace. When the atmosphere protection is used, the air in the furnace is pumped out by vacuum pump before heating to ensure the purity of the furnace hall and reduce the cleaning time. Then, the protective atmosphere is injected to make the material sintered in the protective atmosphere all the time.

1. Shell and furnace shell are made of high-quality steel plate and section steel by assembly welding. The furnace mouth is provided with a fast pressing device, a silicon rubber sealing strip for convenient opening and closing, and a furnace door is sealed. Circulating water cooling device at the furnace mouth to protect the sealing strip. The bottom bracket is welded by section steel to ensure it can bear the weight of furnace body. The furnace is a refrigerator type integrated structure. All pipelines, vacuum pumps and electrical appliances are arranged inside, with clean and elegant appearance. The shell is treated with paint and plastic spraying.

2. The gas path arrangement furnace is respectively provided with inlet and outlet gas pipes, inlet and outlet water interfaces, and a condensate discharge outlet. Pressure gauge, gas flowmeter and valve are set on the gas path to control and check the use of gas. All pipelines are centrally placed and equipped with connection ports for convenient use.

3. The heating element adopts resistance wire and four sides heating to reduce the temperature deviation in the furnace.
